LCD screen not working | Check power cord at wall outlet Check power cord at back of unit Check power at outlet |
Array not working and LCD screen is on, "A" amperage reading is above 2.6. Unit has shut down. Warning beep will proceed shut down. | Too much salt. Empty container, either replace bag or or wash thoroughly. Start with a small amount of salt, add salt and work amperage up until in the desired range of 1.9 to 2.2. Be sure to use sea salt. |
Array was working, LCD screen is on. "A" amperage was in proper range and now has exceeded limit and shut down. | In some instances the body may release some salt and the amperage will rise and exceed the limit. Try adding some water to the bath to dilute the salt content. Restart unit |
Array not working and LCD screen is on | Check above, if not remedied then replace array. An array will last approximately 30 sessions. NOTE, the higher the amperage during sessions the shorter the life span of the array. |
No response from any button and LCD screen is on | Turn power off at back of unit wait 10 seconds and turn on |
