The Ionic Cleanse unit is warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase and will be repaired or replaced free of charge, excluding your shipping cost to the factory.   This warranty only applies factory defects and not to mishandling of the unit.    Out of warranty units can be repaired at a nominal cost.   

 

The 1 year warranty coverage applies to the ion generator unit only.   Arrays are not covered under the warranty.   Regardless of manufacturer and competitor claims the arrays typically last for 30 to 40 uses, occasionally more.  Usage of salt and minerals in your water have a direct effect on the array lifespan.  The infared belt is covered for a period of one year.

You will receive an RMA number and instructions for your warranty return as soon as possible.   When returning your unit be sure to pack all componants inside the carrying case.

 

We reserve the right to either repair or replace your unit with the same model or an upgraded model.

 

Any machine that is returned and found to be fully operative when received, because owner did not go through the "Troubleshooting" guide, will be returned to sender via C.O.D,
